These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Savvy, a personal finance app operated by Thinkable Digital Pte Ltd ("Thinkable Digital", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.


Eligibility


You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Savvy.


Your account


You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.


Acceptable use


You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.


Bank connections and third-party providers


Bank connections are provided through a regulated third-party provider and are subject to that provider's terms. Connecting a bank is read-only and optional, and you can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data supplied by your bank or the provider.


AI features


AI insights are optional and generated using summarised, de-identified spending data as described in our Privacy Policy. Insights are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.


Not financial advice


Savvy is a tool to help you organise your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.


Termination


You may stop using Savvy and delete your data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.


Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Savvy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.


Governing law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising from them.


Changes to these Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the version above and, where appropriate, ask you to review the updated Terms.
